I never dreamed I would have to use Healthnetwork’s services. As donors to the Medical Center at Ocean Reef we greatly appreciate having added perks like Healthnetwork- it’s a safety net you hope you don’t need but are thankful you have.
Every day I felt worse. My health was deteriorating but my doctors couldn’t figure out what the problem was and my mind was left to imagine the worst. Fortunately I was put in touch with a Healthnetwork Medical Coordinator, who rolled out the red carpet treatment. She was very knowledgeable and took me through my options of some of the best diagnostic hospitals in the country. Together we decided I would visit the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

There are very few opportunities where you are given a chance at life like Healthnetwork provided me. The whole process was seamless. I truly appreciated how quickly and how easy everything progressed. I went from a diagnosis, to Healthnetwork, to the Cleveland Clinic and the best physician in the best suite in the hospital quickly. My physician Eric A. Klein, M.D., the Chairman of the Glickman Urological & Kidney Institute, was great. He was very involved in my care and checked in regularly to answer my questions.

We are extremely pleased to recognize the efforts of Healthnetwork Foundation and Johns Hopkins Hospital in constructing and maintaining a concierge service. I was personally able to utilize the concierge service for my youngest son, Jeff, after he experienced a neurological episode. With the help of Karen, Mark and the other Healthnetwork liaisons, we had direct access to a team of specialists best-suited to diagnose and treat my son’s condition. Our experience was characterized by immediate access and high quality treatment.

It is good to know that we have Healthnetwork- they find us the best physicians when we need it. That kind of help is priceless.
When I am home in Michigan, I can access great physicians because I am on the board at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan.
