We all hope we don’t need the services of Healthnetwork, but it is wonderful knowing that there are people we can turn to in the worst of times who will see that the best care is provided.
Over the years I have relied on Healthnetwork to help my family members get to the top hospitals. Just recently a relative needed help immediately and I knew Healthnetwork was the answer. I called Healthnetwork and reached Megan, a medical coordinator, who conveyed an openness to help until the issue was resolved. She listened and compassionately set to work to connect us to AIR (Assistance in Recovery). AIR counselors helped us manage care in ways we didn’t know were available. Within an hour of talking with Megan, AIR located a bed at a premier treatment facility and facilitated my relative’s acceptance. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help solve the challenges that arose.
