I will be forever grateful for Healthnetwork’s resources. Their encouragement to complete annual executive physicals allowed me to diagnose a serious medical condition early on, receive excellent medical care, and get on with my life.
I have been a Healthnetwork GOLD Supporter for a number of years and have been able to obtain medical attention for family, friends and colleagues. Most recently, Healthnetwork helped me personally to diagnose and overcome prostate cancer. At the recommendation of Healthnetwork, I began scheduling annual executive physicals about five years ago. My first was at the Mayo Clinic Arizona, where my exam revealed a high PSA level. Over the next few years I had a series of follow-up appointments and biopsies. Recently, one of the biopsies indicated prostate cancer.
Healthnetwork arranged for an appointment with Igor Frank, M.D., at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He was able to remove the cancer with a minimally invasive laparoscopic procedure, requiring only 24 hours in the hospital. My experience with the Mayo Clinic was fantastic. I received quality medical attention and the whole process was seamless.
Two weeks ago I returned to my doctor and received a clean bill of health.
