Pain, anxiety, panic attacks - I can’t explain the medical war I had been fighting.
When my friend Steve came to visit me, he saw how badly I was hurting following a surgery several months ago. He immediately picked up the phone and called Healthnetwork, an organization he affectionately describes as “walking on water.” Toni, Healthnetwork’s Manager of Customer Service Excellence, helped me arrange appointments and provided the support my wife and I both needed every step of the way. She confidently and repeatedly assured us that we would get to the bottom of this problem. The optimism she instilled in us continued after we arrived at the hospital. One appointment after another- the medical team would not let me leave until they figured out what was wrong.
Left to my own devices it would have taken light years to get to the bottom of my health issues. Healthnetwork, armed with a team of specialists at the Mayo Clinic, took ten days. I am so pleased. Everything gelled smoothly and quickly as I felt pushed against the wall and didn’t know where to turn. Healthnetwork moved mountains to get me the care I needed. Clearly, they are the people you call when you want things done.
Ten days after that single call from Steve – I, too, believe they walk on water.
