My daughter’s small size since birth was a lingering concern.
When her pediatrician started to worry, we decided to get to the bottom of the issue. Our pediatrician recommended a few physicians; when we made an appointment, we were told we would have to wait until November, and then we could be seen by a graduate student.

They had the in-hospital liaison at UCSF Children’s Hospital coordinate two busy specialists on the same day within three weeks for our convenience. And, the doctors were great! You could tell they were at the top of their game, and we are confident we are on the right track with them.
I was really impressed with the concierge services at UCSF Children’s Hospital. We were met by the in-hospital liaison who took us where we needed to go and waited with us, ensuring we saw the physicians in a timely manner.
I’ve made two medical requests through Healthnetwork and both have been extremely positive experiences.
