Gabriel Goncalves is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the technology arena for identifying market opportunities, bringing together solid management teams and driving success. Goncalves is founder and CEO of
PeopleAnswers, which develops software that optimizes employee-hiring practices. Macy’s, RadioShack, Michaels Stores, PetSmart, and Famous Footwear all count on PeopleAnswers to keep employee turnover down while maximizing the potential of each new employee hired. Goncalves also is cofounder of HomeTracker, a successful asset management software company. HomeTracker's software manages tens of thousands of properties in real estate portfolios worth billions of dollars. Goncalves also founded, built, and sold Erapmus, a professional services firm, which provided outsourced network services nationwide. Goncalves resides with his family in Dallas, where he is actively involved in Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves on both for-profit and not-for-profit boards. He has a degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Austin.
