“For years, I have been monitoring my heart murmur through physicals at the Cooper Clinic. When it came time to do something about it – I knew that Healthnetwork would be able to connect me to the best resource. Not only did they connect me with the Number 1 hospital for treating heart conditions – Cleveland Clinic. They connected me with the number 1 physician for treating my condition.
My whole Healthnetwork experience was so positive. The Healthnetwork liaison at the Cleveland Clinic made certain that I was picked up at the airport. When I arrived at the hospital, she was there to greet me and take me where I needed to be. She had my schedule all printed out and I knew exactly where I was to go. I was not familiar with this hospital and I appreciate all of her efforts. She made my time at the hospital less stressful.
I am a true believer in the Healthnetwork program. About 5 years ago I called for help for my wife who suffers from scleroderma. At the time, there were very few cases of this and even fewer specialists who could treat it. Healthnetwork was able to provide her with a connection to the world-renowned specialist who treats scleroderma at Johns Hopkins. She had a wonderful experience at the hands of a gifted physician. I can’t tell you how comforting it is to know that she is getting the right treatment by a physician who understands her symptoms.
My daughter called us earlier this year to say she had just learned from her pediatrician that her child needed to be evaluated. My instinct was to reach out to Healthnetwork again for the best physician to evaluate the child. We wanted the best – and that is what we received. My daughter and her child were quickly connected to specialists at the Cleveland Clinic.
Healthnetwork, I am so appreciative of what you do; how you do it; the level of care by everyone at the hospital and your follow up. Everything was so much more than I expected. The Healthnetwork liaison system makes you feel like you have a friend in the hospital. I instantly felt that the liaison was someone I could rely on to know where and when I needed to be somewhere. It was incredible to know that someone on the inside was there to help me – especially at hospitals that are unfamiliar.”
