I became aware of and joined Healthnetwork Foundation through YPO several years ago, but never had the need to call on them for any assistance. Recently, however, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and Healthnetwork was my first call. After various Healthnetwork representatives answered my numerous questions and provided a lot of research literature for me, and based in large measure on their recommendation, I chose the Cleveland Clinic for my treatment.

Healthnetwork arranged a hospital liaison for me at the Cleveland Clinic and she arranged, among other things, car service at the airport, hotel accommodations, and all my doctor appointments on two separate visits to the Clinic.  In fact, she met me in the lobby of the hotel to walk me to my first appointment each day and answer any questions.  She absolutely removed a lot of the anxiety of a visit to a really large clinic under stressful circumstances.

I was treated by a world renowned physician, Dr. Kaouk, who is the absolute epitome of professionalism and expertise (he also proved to be a really nice guy).
