In the last few years I have used Healthnetwork on two occasions.  It was unfortunate that I needed help, but it was also wonderful that the resources of Healthnetwork were available to my family and me.  The first occasion was a referral for my brother, Jerry, who discovered he had throat cancer.  Living in Panama, it was a challenge to get good medical care, but through Healthnetwork, we were able to find great medical care in Panama at an affiliate of Johns Hopkins Hospital.  Thanks to the Lord, Jerry has made a full recovery and thanks in large part to the recommendations and services of Healthnetwork.

Last summer, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and needed a second opinion.  Healthnetwork recommended Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and got me an appointment immediately.  After that consultation I decided to have Brachytherapy (radioactive seed implant) and my urologist recommended Dr. Peter Grimm at Seattle Prostate Institute at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.  Healthnetwork arranged for a referral to Seattle Prostate and I could not be more pleased with the care I got from Seattle Prostate and Swedish Medical Center.  Last summer my PSA was 6.7 and a few months ago it was down to 1.3.  Praise the Lord and Healthnetwork.
