Executive Health Program

Tailored to a fast-paced lifestyle, our program helps busy people attain and maintain optimal health. It

centers around a one-day visit to our world-renowned hospital. During your visit, you will meet twice for

one-on-one consultations with your personal Executive Health physician. Together, you will devise a

personalized plan to attain your best possible level of health.

Your examination includes a wide array of tests and assessments. In addition, you may request to receive

optional screenings and consultations.

Standard Screenings and Consultations

Wellness tests and screenings to detect high cholesterol, common cancers, and other problems
A comprehensive medical history and physical exam from your personal Executive Health physician--a board-certified internist and faculty member at the University of Chicago
Nutrition counseling to help you eat healthier, lose weight, lower high blood pressure, and attain other wellness goals
An EKG and exercise stress test to detect possible heart problems
A fitness assessment, including strength, flexibility, and body-fat percentage tests
A one-on-one meeting with a personal trainer to help you devise the most effective exercise program
Vision and hearing exams
A skin exam by a board-certified dermatologist
Other tests including thyroid evaluation, hematology profile, colon cancer test, and lung function assessment

Optional Screenings and Consultations

The chance to obtain state-of-the-art screening tests, including a CT scan for lung abnormalities, mammogram, and bone density scan.
The opportunity to set up future appointments with specialists for specific health concerns--from gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD) to laser vision correction.
Immunizations, if needed, against the flu, pneumonia, hepatitis, and other diseases
