The Executive Health Program available at the Canyon Ranch Tucson, Arizona or Lenox, Massachusetts resort locations combine the best in diagnostic testing and wellness-enhancement options.

Now you can enjoy an extraordinary health improvement experience along with all the rejuvenation and pleasure of a luxury vacation. Your customized Executive Health Program will include:

· Comprehensive health history and physical by your personal EHP physician that focuses on your personal health issues, concerns and health risks. This thorough exam includes 90 minutes with an integrative physician specialist to create a personal plan for prevention and health improvement that incorporates nutrition, exercise, sleep habits, stress and genetic health risks.

· Extensive diagnostic testing, including:

o Cardiac and fitness evaluation performed with resting and exercise EKGs, and cardiometabolic stress test with a physician that determines oxygen capacity and gas exchange

o Full lipid profile with assessment of LDL/HDL particle size and lipoprotein(a) level

o Complete blood count, liver functions, kidney function, iron stores, thyroid function, Cardio C-reactive protein and homocysteine, levels, PSA for men, blood sugar and urinalysis

o Diabetes testing

o Vitamin B levels and free and total testosterone for men

o DEXA bone density and body composition analysis

o Vision testing, audiometry and spirometry (lung function)

· Nutrition consultation focused on your personal history and nutrition goals

· Exercise physiology consultation with a master exercise physiologist providing you with a personalized exercise prescription

· Assessment and lifestyle consultation with a behavioral health therapist

· On-site follow-up with your physician to review and summarize test results and recommendations

· Binder and complete digital CD with test results and comprehensive recommendations

· Follow-up summary letter with final test results and recommendations

An Enhanced Executive Health Program is also available. This comprehensive physical includes even more consultation time with our integrated team of health professionals, added diagnostic evaluations, lifestyle assessment and risk-factor analysis.
