The unique and priceless medical access that Healthnetwork Foundation provides on a daily basis would not be possible without the generosity of our donors. Healthnetwork Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. A $500 annual contribution confers GOLD status. 

A significant portion of Healthnetwork's financial support comes from tax-deductible donations made by GOLD donors who have either been well-served by our unique organization or believe in the importance of this endeavor. 

Philanthropic donations are used to establish dedicated Healthnetwork offices at partner hospitals and toward the costs associated with maintaining our hospital-based Healthnetwork liaison program.  These donations also help fund major gifts Healthentwork makes to our partner hospitals.  

But perhaps most importantly, Healthnetwork introduces and connects our GOLD Supporters, who receive the best possible medical care and attention to our hospitals.  It is our mission that these individuals who Healthnetwork has helped will go on to fund the hospitals' critically-needed medical research and development.  This improves medicine for all.

Your generous donations will help Healthnetwork enhance and grow our services for the benefit of our members, their families, our partner hospitals and their patients. A donation to the GOLD program becomes an investment in your health and the health options of your family.
