Antoinette (Toni) Krager
Manager, Customer Service Excellence
Toni joined the Healthnetwork team as Manager of Customer Service Excellence in early 2010.
Toni comes to us from the hospital industry where she was responsible for the development of service lines for University Hospital Health System. Toni was instrumental in the innovation, design, development, and implementation of The Spine & Orthopedic Center, Urodynamic Center, North East Ohio Kidney Stone Center, and Customer Service Center at St. John Medical Center and the Orthopedic and Bariatric service lines at Geauga Medical Center. Within the centers of excellence Customer Service was the foundation of each entity.
Toni is a well seasoned nurse (24 years) with a strong background in Emergency, Operating Room, Critical Care, and Spine & Orthopedic Nursing. She attended Choffin School of Practical Nursing and is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is currently a student member of American College of Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio.
She resides in Painesville Twp, OH with her husband and 3 sons. During the summer months she and her family enjoy boating, and water skiing. The winter months are used for traveling to such places as; Canada, Mexico, and Florida.
