Can you tell me more about Healthnetwork services?
• VIP medical referrals to top hospitals across America - Healthnetwork Medical Coordinators and liaisons within our hospitals will facilitate medical care for you and your loved ones with the greatest degree of discretion, professionalism and compassion.
• Health Information Search - With the belief that informed patients can better advocate their health, Healthnetwork’s Medical Director compiles the most current medical information (some of which is not in the public domain) for our members on their requested medical issues.
• Executive Health Programs - Healthnetwork is a strong proponent of keeping busy executives healthy by providing priority access into world-class Executive Health Programs. Typically, these are single-day programs guided by a physician who will meet with you at the end of the day to review findings and set benchmarks for future health care.
• Mental Health and Addiction Services - Whether the need is a referral for a mental health concern, consultation, intervention or a post-treatment recovery management service, Healthnetwork offers members and their loved ones assistance to its network of mental health professionals.

Who is eligible for Healthnetwork services?
Members may use Healthnetwork’s highly personalized medical referral services for themselves and their immediate family. Members wanting to extend Healthnetwork’s services to other qualified leaders, key employees, extended family or friends should call the Healthnetwork office at 866-968-2467 directly to discuss.
When are the Healthnetwork Medical Coordinators available?
Cincinnati members can reach their local Healthnetwork Medical Coordinator, Teresa Butler, by calling 513-558-7305 or by emaling her at teresa.butler@uc.edu.
Please note that medical requests received after hours will be addressed by the Medical Coordinators as soon as possible; however, they may not be able to respond until the next business day.
Healthnetwork is not an emergency referral service. In an emergency, please call 911 and/or go to the nearest emergency room.
