When you contact Healthnetwork, a medical coordinator will listen to your request and offer the information and support you need to make an informed decision about your child's medical care. They will recommend a top-hospital best-suited to meet your child's needs and will contact the hospital liaison on your behalf. The in-hospital liaison will assist you with appointment scheduling, pre-registration and medical record transfer. Throughout your medical experience, the medical coordinator and hospital liaison follow up with you and your family to ensure your every need is handled with the utmost respect and care.
